KIND STUFF — SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Kind Stuff. We aim to make delivery as simple, affordable, and reliable as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your order will reach you.

1. DISPATCH TIME

We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
During sales, product launches, or high-volume periods, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been packed and handed to the courier.

2. DELIVERY OPTIONS

We deliver across South Africa, including all major cities, towns, and most regional areas.

• Door-to-door Courier Delivery (Nationwide)

Delivery times:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Outlying/regional areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Local Pickup — Mbombela/Nelspruit (when available)

If activated, you may collect your order directly after receiving your “Ready for Collection” notification.

3. DELIVERY FEES

Shipping fees depend on your delivery address, order weight/size, and selected courier service.
Final fees are shown at checkout before payment.

Orders with multiple heavy or liquid items may incur higher courier rates.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take 12–24 hours to activate.

5. FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PARCELS

A parcel may be returned to us if:

  • the courier cannot reach you,

  • the address is incorrect/incomplete, or

  • delivery was attempted several times without success.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability, the buyer is responsible for re-delivery fees.

6. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

We take great care in packaging your Kind Stuff products.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or missing items:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Email photos of the parcel and products to audry@kindstuff.co.za.

  3. We will arrange a replacement, credit, or solution based on the situation.

7. COURIER DELAYS

Once your parcel is handed to the courier, delivery timelines are outside our control.
Kind Stuff is not liable for delays caused by:

  • courier backlogs

  • weather events

  • strikes

  • public holidays

  • high-volume seasons (e.g., Black Friday)

We will always assist by following up with the courier on your behalf.

8. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before checkout.
We cannot reroute packages after they have been dispatched.

If a parcel is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot accept liability for the loss.

9. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently deliver within South Africa only.
