OVERVIEW

Welcome to Kind Stuff. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Kind Stuff (South Africa). We operate this website and online store, including all information, tools, services, and products made available to you, the user, through this site (the “Services”). The website is powered by Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products to you.

By visiting our site, browsing our store, or purchasing anything from us, you engage in our Services and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using our website and Services immediately.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information about your rights and responsibilities under South African law, including limitations of liability, disclaimers, and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your province, and that you consent to allow minors under your supervision to use the Services on devices owned or managed by you.

To access certain features of our store or to make purchases, you may be required to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and payment information. You warrant that all information provided is true and up-to-date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not transfer or assign your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, including colours, descriptions, and packaging. However, product appearance on-screen may vary due to device settings.

We do not guarantee that any product will meet your personal expectations.
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities sold to any customer, region, or order, at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Your order is only confirmed once payment is received and you receive an order confirmation email.

Please review your order carefully, as we may not be able to cancel an order after it has been processed. If an order cannot be fulfilled or must be changed, we will contact you using the details you provided.

All purchases are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.

You confirm that purchases are for personal/household use and not for resale without written permission.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices shown on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice.
Prices shown online may differ from those offered in physical stores or by third-party retailers.

You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorise us to charge your payment method for all amounts due, including delivery fees. You represent and warrant that:

  • the payment details you provide are valid;

  • you are authorised to use the payment method; and

  • your payment will be honoured by your bank or payment provider.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, risk and responsibility pass to you.

We are not liable for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by couriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect delivery information, re-delivery fees may apply.
